Alexander Vuylsteke has been advising fast-growing companies on leadership and organization for over 10 years. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, gaining extensive exposure to organizational strategy. He later founded, scaled, and exited his own company, which gave him firsthand experience with the challenges entrepreneurs face. His start-up was featured as a case study in academic research, books, conferences, and a documentary exploring best-practice organizations. He gained further experience as an executive leader at two tech companies before moving on to advisory and coaching. Outside of work, he spends his time homeschooling his children, playing sports, reading, and getting out into nature whenever he can. He lives just outside Brussels, Belgium with his wife and their two children.
