Christian Hurst is a Creative Director, Author, and lifelong science fiction fan with over 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and content creation. Drawing inspiration from classic space operas, diverse character-driven narratives, and thought-provoking themes, he crafts stories that balance epic adventure with deep emotional resonance. His debut novel, Lily Starling and the Voyage of the Salamander, is a thrilling YA sci-fi journey that explores identity, destiny, and the power of found family. With a strong focus on inclusivity and rich worldbuilding, Christian’s work is perfect for readers who crave immersive storytelling with heart, humor, and high-stakes adventure. He is currently writing the second book in the Lily Starling series. Outside of his professional pursuits, Christian is a devoted husband and father. Alongside his wife, he has fostered over 50 dogs in their Baltimore home, reflecting his compassionate and community-minded spirit.
