I'm Emma Swifth, passionate about food and its impact on overall health. As a Food Educator, my mission is to promote conscious eating habits and a healthy lifestyle — not as an obligation, but as a shared value. I've spent years researching and writing about nutrition for specific conditions, with books focused on the diabetic diet and fatty liver management. But over time, I discovered that eating well isn't just about what we put on our plates — it's also about how we eat and how we breathe. That curiosity led me to write Long Breath Diet, a book that combines neuroscience, conscious breathing, and mindful eating to help regulate hunger, stress, and food anxiety — without restrictive dieting. My approach remains the same: educate, support, and share practical tools. Because I believe that a healthy life isn't built on restrictions, but on knowledge and small daily habits. My motto remains: "A varied and balanced diet is the foundation of a healthy life." And now I add: "Conscious breathing is the path to enjoying it." In addition to my books, I share content on my Food Blog — a modern "food diary" where I collect recipes, tips, and reflections on conscious eating.
