Linda is a licensed therapist, neurodivergent human, and author of Neurodivergent, Licensed, and Slightly Unhinged. She writes about mental health with sharp honesty, dark humor, and just enough chaos to make it relatable. Her work explores OCD, ADHD, autism, anxiety, overthinking, and what it means to be a professional with a brain that refuses to clock out.
When she's not writing or therapizing, she's probably reorganizing a drawer she didn't mean to open, trying to explain EMDR to someone, or working on her next book: Married to Slightly Unhinged -a sequel no one asked for but feels necessary to her.
She believes in making mental health more human, less clinical, and occasionally hilarious.
