Melissa Sanford is a former executive leader and founder of a boutique executive search firm. Early in her career as an executive, she faced multiple layoffs and was herself in the position of an executive interviewing for her next leadership role. She has taken that perspective, combined with years of experience in executive search, to support executives interviewing for their next role.
