Little Fred learns the superpower of telling the truth! This is fantastic artwork with a super cute story about being brave enough to face up to one's mistakes.
This is a cute kids book about honesty.
Good storyline using a very common occurrence with kids. Good illustrations with an honest message.
This book is a must-have addition to any young reader's library. I loved most about this book is its engaging rhymes and vibrant illustrations that captivated my son's attention from the very first page. The gentle guidance from the boy's mother in the story is particularly heartwarming and offers a great model for parenting. I would recommend!
OK when I got caught coloring on the wall I was fussed at and told to stay in there until I got it cleaned up. I was 3 or 4 maybe - not able to scrub crayon off with soap and water, so I just gave up and sat there til dark - probably cried some too. Then my sister helped me finish up - taught me how to clean I guess. But I never lied about it - didn't have a chance - caught out with crayons in hand, just like this boy. This is a cute little tale - short and sweet, and written in verse no less. There's a rime on every page.
Suzana Popescu’s "Little Boy With Freckles: Teach Kids To Tell The Truth, Find Solutions And Fix Their Mistakes" is a delightful children's book that provides both an engaging story and important life lessons. Cute children's book about admitting to the truth and being a "hero".
Very cute story teaches little ones the importance of honesty. The boy and mom are very sweet as they navigate what to do when the boy draws on the wall, but lies about it. I wish it was a straight up story instead of rhyming. Some of the rhymes feel forced and some words are too advanced for the age group such as persevere. Still an important lesson told in a sweet way.
This book was very well done. It’s a simple story about a little boy who makes a mistake. He admits it to his mom and learns from it. We can all learn from this book since we all make mistakes.
My Four old loved my older daughter reading it to him. Has really cute rhyming sentences. The illustrations are so crisp and "High Def" and just beautiful. Alot of children's book have really crappy/ cheesy illustrations...Not this one!!! Personally, I wish the book was longer just because it was a fun read. The lesson it teaches is important for little kids. Bravo!!!
I like this children's book. It was quick and cute. It had a solid rhyming pattern. The illustrations are vivid and likely to engage a child. I recommend this book for an early reader or to be read to a prereader.
Very cute and inspirational story for kids - adults might also learn something during the lecture. I received a free copy of this book and I left my honest feedback voluntary.
