I really enjoyed reading this book and the recipes look great, I can't wait to try them out. I like the fact that there was a vegan mousse recipe included too! The author did a great job of sharing the history of desserts, mousse, chocolate, which was very interesting. From there it was recipe after recipe, which all looked great from the description and the images. It's a cool book to have and use in the kitchen, if you like desserts! Highly recommend this book!
Some interesting recipe ideas, but the book is poorly formatted, so it doesn't read well and it's not laid out well.
What a beautiful selection of delectable desserts. Can't wait to try some of them out. Nice history lesson on the ingredients and when they first arrived. Well done
