I really was impressed with this second book of this series, I want to go back and read book one now because it was that intriguing.
The Caregiver takes readers on a thrilling journey as Neil Sani navigates the complexities of caring for a family with deep, unsettling secrets. The portrayal of Ushma's dementia and Pradeep's extreme O.C.D. adds layers of tension and intrigue, while the mysterious events that unfold keep you on the edge of your seat. Neil's determination to uncover the truth makes for a compelling read that’s hard to put down. This book is a must-read for fans of psychological thrillers and suspenseful mysteries. An excellent follow-up in The Neil Series!
The title drew me to the book. It was an intense story and a good read. There's a lot to chew on but its good overall.
This is the second book in the series. I read the first one also. This one is the superior of the two. While the first one was basically like Neil coming of age life, this one has mystery and a twist. I enjoyed it enough that I'll probably keep reading if the series continues. I would rate this five start, but the twist, though good, is about cartoon-level believability. Still, if you like character rich fiction with twist, I recommend this one.
