
This cookbook was a surprise blessing! I needed to shed a few pounds, and the meal preps are super easy, with simple and well-laid-out recipes. The food and dish images are great, and the table of contents is amazing. Perfect for anyone tired of boring diets, this book made healthy eating delicious and achievable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lose weight without sacrificing flavor!
The recipes in this cookbook are really good. And each recipe is accompanied by an appetizing picture of the finished food. I wish there was an introduction, though. It's needed to establish the rules of the diet and its benefits. Also, I would have liked to have seen nutritional macros for each recipe.
If I could give this cookbook 10 stars I would. This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever read. Every single recipe is a home run. I'm a pretty fair cook myself. As Julia Child says, "First we open the bottle of wine." which I always do entering my own kitchen. Some of these recipes get close to my own ideas but this writer, chef, nutritionist has just dialed everything in to perfection. This cookbook will be a permanent reference in my kitchen. I assure you if you try it out, it will become your go-to source as well. Bravo to an outstanding cookbook and one of the best presentations I have seen recently. Very highly recommended. I give it 10 stars!!!!!!!!!
