This is the second poetry book I've read from this author. This short collection of poems is like taking a peaceful walk through nature. Each piece feels personal and reflective, blending simple moments in nature with more complex emotions and growth. I really enjoyed how the poems connect life's ups and downs with the changing elements; like how we can learn resilience from storms or find comfort in the quiet of the forest. The language is gentle and soothing, making it a relaxing read but also thought-provoking. It is perfect if you want something that touches on personal growth while keeping things connected to the natural world. A lovely and refreshing read overall!
Autor, Madison Barclay’s Nature’s Daughter poetry chapbook is heartfelt. There were some interesting wording choices for specific poems that left me in deep thought. I loved the intertwining of nature and embracing your inner strengths. The book was a lovely read.
This is a very inspirational poetry book. It would be a great gift for a young woman. It deals with what it's like to be a woman. There are themes like how to triumph in adversity. The metaphors are mostly about nature. I highly recommend this book for women who love poetry.
Fantastic poems that are relatable and poignant. I felt like the author was speaking to so many things I was going through.
