It helps you stay on track and creates a regular, purposeful routine for the evening. Overall, the construction is excellent; however, I wish there was more space for writing, mainly since I use a larger font. The author seriously thought about the layout, hoping it would inspire us to change our perspective and alleviate stress by practicing daily gratitude and recording our emotions in writing. Gratitude is the universally acknowledged path to happiness; everyone should make it a habit. Excellent job, Cameron!

This is an adorable gratitude journal with guided prompts. I wish it was a few pages longer however it's not a major issue.
Some gratitude journals are chock-full of forms to complete, boxes to check, and many things to write, getting complicated and overwhelming. This is not one of those! This journal asks four questions each day and provides three lines on which to jot down your answers. It is simple enough not to overwhelm or make one feel anxious about completing it or guilty if one doesn't. I personally love the simplicity. It is straightforward and elegant, and one is more likely to stick with it. Writing these things down leaves a record that one can review periodically, reliving memories and lessons.
