What a magnificent history and culture of Cuba. It was breathtaking to learning about the origin of island, its music and how it came into been. What a beautiful mix of instruments and cultures. These music has shaped the island and made it unique. I like how the author talked about the golden age of the island. The different musicians that shaped the island legacy and the significant of Cuban music was interesting to read about.
