Such a fun book - even for adults! The story is very cute and the artwork is just fantastic. Definitely a book that young readers will enjoy the first time and many times afterwards.
A really adorable story with a fantastically wide vocabulary. The pictures are fun and the text often uses artistic fonts to further engage young readers. In a style that puts me in mind of a young Fancy Nancy, this book is sure to encourage your child to their vocabulary!
Belle histoire qui a magnifiquement illustré avec un grand message que personne n'est parfait, même les princesses ! Je recommande ce livre pour les enfants âgés de 4 à 8 ans.
What an absolutely adorable book! I really love the illustrations! Great job!
The Princess Has to Pee is a cute bedtime story. The artwork is really beautiful. The writing is also engaging and the story is memorable. I enjoyed reading The Princess Has to Pee!
I thought this story was super cute, and my 4 year old thought it was hilarious. There small moments in the book that I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be rhyming or not, though, and I had a hard time finding the right cadence to make it work. Some formatting may have made that easier for my brain to figure out, but we will for sure be reading this again and again!
The book's rhythmic flow makes it an engaging read-aloud for parents and educators, capturing children’s imaginations while teaching them an essential life lesson. Felicity’s journey shows young readers that imperfections are part of what make us special and lovable. The message—that we are all “imperfectly perfect”—is delivered with warmth and positivity, making it easy for kids to relate to and embrace.
I love this book because you can get so distracted with something and you can forget to go to the bathroom. Before, I leave I constantly go to the bathroom. And beautiful illustration.
A delightful and hilarious story that kids and parents will both love! The charming illustrations and playful narrative make this book a joy to read aloud. The princess's relatable predicament is sure to bring giggles, while the clever resolution adds a touch of fun and creativity. Perfect for bedtime or storytime, this book is a must-have for any young reader's collection. Highly recommended for families looking for a lighthearted and entertaining tale!
Well, I wasn't sure what to expect on this twist of the Princess and the Pea, but the idea alone made me want to read it. This story is cute, funny, easy to follow and the artwork is fantastic. I like how the author tackles the conundrum of having to use the bathroom at the most inconvenient of times and all the things a person goes through to "hold it in." My favorite part is when she finally announces her need, the whole kingdom more or less hears it. "No need to scream!" Funny! A fun, relatable story.
This is a lovely, sweet and funny book. Children will love this book and find it fun. The illustrations are beautifully done, adding more to the overall story. The story is well-written and rhythmic, with many discussion points that children can potentially discuss as they read the book.
This is a charming book with lovely illustrations that enhance the story. However, I think there may be a few difficult words, such as "stoic" and "fleur de lis," that children might struggle to read and likely won't understand. Aside from that, it’s a delightful story that any little princess would enjoy and find humorous! Children might be unable to read words like stoic and fleur de lis, and I'm certain they wouldn't know what they mean. Other than that, it is a nice story that any little princess would get a laugh out of!
The (mostly) rhyming Tale of Princess Felicity and how kids need to take care of the very basics in order to do their very best. Felicity always takes care of herself and others and wants to be the very best princess, but on a day of a very special photo because it's delayed she ends up getting an awkward picture because she tries to hold it in. I thought it was cute and tells kids it's important to be on time, but also to tell them that they need to take care of themselves and handle the basics before they worry about the 'important stuff'.
My daughter loves this story, it's silly and fun, we both laughed all the way through. The illustrations are vivid and engaging. Highly recommend for a quick laugh out loud read with your kids. That they will ask for again and again!

The story about a princess that needs to pee is about something that happens to all of us from time to time. The story is engaging, and the characters are fun. The illustrations are very colorful and fluid and offer a lot to linger over as you get ready. I recommend this book. It makes a great bedtime story.
I really liked how this book took a simple, funny situation like a princess needing to pee during picture day and made it into a charming story. The playful rhymes were easy to follow, even though a few words may seem a bit tricky for kids, like stoic. The illustrations are colorful and bright, bringing the characters to life in such a fun way. It felt like the story really connected with kids, showing that even princesses aren’t perfect, and that’s totally fine. If you want a lighthearted read that’ll get laughs, this is the one.
A story of a perfect little princess, who was excited about picture day and didn't remember to pee. The art work made the book alive. Great for all readers.
What a lovely little book. Very sweet and well written. Fabulous story teaching children that's its OK to be perfectly imperfect and sometimes to forget things! Beautifully illustrated.
