Mara Mae's Opposites in the Wild: Finding Opposites in Animals and Nature is a beautifully illustrated book on opposites. The author effectively presents the notion of opposites with colorful visuals and specific words of explanation, followed by a quiz-style question at the conclusion to test your recollection. Without textual explanation, the graphics alone can remind you of the opposite, whether it is something big and small or fast and slow. It is just so well done. It's an effective way for kids to learn about opposites. I thoroughly appreciated the book and highly recommend it for children.
This book will be good for any little one that is learning the basics of opposites. With the use of animals it will definitely catch a young kids eye and help them understand the difference between two different things.
This is a cute rhyming book that would be great of prereaders and early readers. The illustrations are vivid and engaging. It also help kids to learn about the opposites in the wild. Overall, I recommend it for an early reader to read or to be read to a prereader.
