I brought this by mistake as I didn't realise what it actually was. Had a good flick through and there's lots of info re menopause and also lots of recipes. I think the title should be made clearer though.

It lays out how to do the diet very well, and pairs it with other activities that will help during menopause, like practicing mindfulness and exercising. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. The book goes beyond the normal practice of supplying nutritional information for just protein, fat, and carbs. It also includes other useful nutritional information with each recipe. The only thing missing is pictures of the finished recipes. Other than that, this book is very well done and I recommend it.
