Amazing illustrations! Very cute story. I think that little kids would really like this book. Very sweet.

This picture book had a fun storyline with lots of cute animals and a nice refrain of “Have you seen my shoe? It’s red and shiny and almost new.” Children will enjoy the colourful pictures and guessing where the shoe might be – a nice one to read along with small children.

This is a colorful children's book with a nice pace due to rhyming that would engage most children. It is also an opportunity to meet the different animals that live in Australia for children from other countries with children who are quite unfamiliar with most of the animals in this book. And in addition, it teaches a lesson on finding lost items that many of us know all too well!

A sweet innocent little Kangaroo named Drew who searches for his lost shoe meeting other adorable animals from the Australian outback. The artwork is cute and colorful. The animals sweet and kind. This is the perfect little book you want your child to climb up into your lap and have you read. The little rhyme technique used in the dialogue really works. Well worth the money. Glad to have it in my own library!

It's a cute adventure to go looking for a missing shoe and ask the wildlife for help. The moral of where to look is nice example of edutainment: mixing a little education with the entertainment. The art is engaging for children, however, as an artist myself I prefer hand-drawn illustrations. Makes a great bedtime story.

My little one loved the rhyming it all flowed so well. She also loved the pictures which were actually very well done. We had fun trying to guess where the other shoe could be! It's also a good story about not quitting or giving up if you can't find something, because most of the time it'll be right under your nose.
