I love a lot about what Sanchez has done here. First of all, there's how the ideas are presented. She starts with an introduction of the ideas. Then there is a short, fictional narrative that portrays the problem. This is followed by more discussion and sometimes proposed solutions. This cycle of presentation is presented through the book, and I found it to be an effective way to get the points across. As far as themes, I felt like this book was more like a call for action for one side than something to unify everyone. I'm not saying that's bad. And I think Sanchez's thinking is organized and rational. I just don't see the other side taking these ideas seriously. Still, this book and its ideas are very worthwhile. The more people who read it, the better. I hope it's very successful. I highly recommend it.
