The book is valuable for any aspiring leaders and persuaders, and uncovers 17 leadership secrets, such as the 10-Minute Rule and Failure Reframe Technique. The explanations for 21 psychological laws (e.g. Loss Aversion and the Power of Stories) were quite a revelation to me. The writing style is engaging and clear, using real-world examples to help clarify complex concepts. The Reverse Mentoring chapter is an eye-opener, emphasizing as it does learning from all levels. I found the storytelling and emotional-logical balance commentary very good for engaging readers. I did think some chapters could dive a litle deeper, but really I liked the practical exercises that could be applied immediately. Ideal for new managers, aspiring educators, and even entrepreneurs wanting to develop leadership further.
