Great! I’m diabetic and on a strict diet of meat and vegetables, so a cookbook with simple meat-based recipes is wonderful. When I opened it on Kindle, it wasn’t formatted the way other books are, but I think this was intentional. There is one recipe per page, and I could spread my fingers on my phone’s screen and zoom in on what I wanted to see. I can take my phone to the grocery store, open the book, and read the ingredients as a shop. I’ve looked at every recipe, and they’re all great. I think there’s only one recipe, BBQ pork ribs, with too much sugar, but I found sugarless BBQ sauce on Amazon. If you want to control your blood sugar or lose weight, a meat and vegetable diet is the easiest way to do it.
