This book is the epitome of showing over telling. Stephen thrust you into the chaotic world of his MC with very little background information. He then focuses more on the world inside the MC's head instead of the world outside it. I loved this style, which allowed me to immerse myself in Eleanor's head instead of becoming overly bored by her surroundings. The book is a pretty fast and hard ride right up to the end. It's science fiction but there is a huge psychological component. I recommend this book to lovers of science fiction and/or psychological thrillers.
