I have been following the Endomorph Diet for over twenty years. It definitely works. Exercise is important and I do a workout daily, but my experience is that the diet will work without it. When I first started on this diet, I was eating the food recommended in this book. I wasn’t exercising and didn’t restrict my portions, and I lost about two pounds a month. At this point, I don’t eat any fast-burning carbs like potatoes, bread, bananas, etc., and I’m able to maintain my body weight with ease. If you’re having trouble keeping the pounds off, this book is a good place to start.
