
This is a very well-made therapy journal. the Font is perfect the size is just right, and I really enjoyed all the prompts to help me journal my thoughts and emotions. Either for yourself or a gift you won't be disappointed.
As a former therapist I find this book to be a great idea. Most of the work in therapy is done outside the session. You get about an hour a week with most clients. Then they must apply what they've learned. This book will help clients organize their thoughts and stay focused on what they're learning. If you, as a client, get a therapy journal like this, share it with your therapist at the start, so they know you're doing homework outside of the session. As a therapist it might be a good idea to hand out a journal like this at the beginning of therapy. Overall, I recommend this book.
