
Very well researched book. Learning about the sections of the brain, has been a life changer in my life. Learning what foods and activities relase transmitters like dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin, has really help understand stress in the body. The booj gives you a quite the understanding of what each part of the brain does. Hhighly recommend.
I found this book very clinical. I thought it would make a decent text book for an undergraduate student in a class on memory. There was some talk on what is happening in the mind, but there was also a lot about damage and treatment. Overall, I think this book is good for an academic minded reader.
