I received a free copy of this book from the publisher, and this is my honest review after I've read it. The book has a good variety of the recipes and will be very useful for someone who starts their gluten free journey. I liked the concise writing style and that each recipe and its detailed instructions fit one page which is convenient when you cook and one doesn't need browsing through multiple pages. The cocktails section was a nice touch. In terms of improvements, I would have liked more complex evening/dining entertainment options covered by the book. I am an advanced level cook and some recipes were just too basic for my level.
A great assortment of gluten-free recipes with tantalizing photos. Even though a couple of the images don't match the recipes, it would still be a wonderful gift for home cooks who must avoid gluten, or those cooking for others who eat gluten-free.

DELICIOUSLY GLUTEN-FREE: 40 Easy Recipes is a well written book in my opinion. The detail about the ingredients used, the nutritional values, and the preparation of the food is worth of note. I recommend this book to anyone who like healthy food.
My 2 favorite recipes were the pork stir fry and the zucchini fritters! I also really liked the encouragement to try experimenting with my own recipes using the healthy substitutions she suggests. I can't wait to try more recipes!
The recipes are easy to make and follow. This cookbook is perfect for anyone new to gluten-free cooking.
I've been GF for 15 years. It's always great to get my hands on a new GF cookbook. The steps are broken down well. My daughter loves to cook with me and I look forward to making them together.
I always try to go Gluten Free and this book really helped me. It has really cool breakfast rice recipe that's amazing. I just cooked it today and loved it! This book is a must get if you're gluten free.
Healthier eating is something many of us are striving for. I am all about looking through cookbooks for new ideas! I thought this cookbook was very well put together and there were definitely some delicious sounding options, such as the Sweet Potato and Black Bean Quesadilla and Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. I thought the Gluten-Free Breakfast Fried Rice was a little out there, but that's just my own taste. My only criticism would be the suggestion that guests ask for substitutions when dining out, as most restaurants already go to great lengths to provide thoughtful and well-crafted gluten-free options. Not a very extensive cookbook but there are some good ideas in there.
Being Gluten free can be a nightmare to navigate meal times. These recipes are simple and offers a lot of variety. very helpful little book
What I love the most about this book is that it is not stuffed with recipes I'd never make. Instead, it has just a handful of recipes in each category BUT they are all amazing! No wasting time looking for the best recipes in a huge book filled with fluff. Nope, this book is to the point. I also appreciate that the recipes are all on one page and that there's a picture of it on that same page. Really helpful! I think the banana bread might be my favorite so far.
Full Disclosure. I do not eat gluten-free. BUT, my husband now does, so I had to think of what to cook, which would be gluten-free but yummy. I had to look no further than this book. It has recipes from Gluten Grilled Cheese, Gluten-Free Mexican Stuffed Peppers, and my fave Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese (Bet the kids can't tell the difference!). The photo's that go with the recipes are really good, and I'm a food photographer. Highly recommend this excellent cookbook.
The introduction of this book does a great job describing what a gluten free diet is and why you might need it. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. The are complete with appetizing picture and nutritional macros. I recommend this cookbook if you are interested in following a gluten free diet.
This recipe book is really good. A nice variety of dishes for those who want to be gluten free. The layout and instructions are easy to follow with beautiful pages and pictures. Also has a few pages explaining all about gluten free food, how to eat out being gluten free and how to host a dinner with gluten free foods.
