I cannot say that any of this will work for you. My guess is that you will find something in this book that is helpful to you. It's not that hard to try these things out. You can give them a shot and see how they feel. It you meditate, use yoga or the like, you can add a lot of this into it. The instructions in this book are clear and easy to follow. I'd recommend you try some of the exercises and see if you're interested in more. This book is a good place to start if you're interested in sound healing.
