
Until this book I was never interested in using meat press however after learning how easy it is to use it, I decided it's worth exploring. What I love the most about this book is how author goes into detail about equipment, molds, what ingredients can be used as well as adding such range of unique recipes. There is truly something for everyone! My favorite to try were Game Day Buffalo Chicken Style, Greek Lamp, and of course my daughter and I had to try making Coconut Custard and Bread Pudding. We enjoyed the process, it was easy to follow directions and all dishes came out so delicious!
I loved this cookbook because of its originality and great recipes.
