More than just a diet book, ADHD Diet Playbook For Kids is about restoring peace at home, empowering parents, and giving children the tools to thrive without the side effects of medication. It’s an essential read for any caregiver feeling frustrated by traditional treatments and looking for a sustainable, positive solution. If you're ready to move from chaos to calm and give your child a brighter, healthier future, this playbook might just be your ultimate game-changer.
This was a very helpful book for my friend who has a son with ADHD. I was also interested in the topic for my children because I have heard so many things about diet playing a role in children's mental health, so it was a helpful read for me as well. It de-mystified a lot of the misinformation about the best diet for children with ADHD, and it was a great way to tackle the subject without a lot of stress and pressure. Definitely recommend to other parents!
The book was insightful and helpful for those mentoring childen with ADHD
The author of this book does a great job showing the connection between ADHD and diet. Parents will learn some of the good foods for the disorder and foods to avoid. The author backs up what is said with research. The author discusses relying on diet instead of medication dependence. There is also a lot of practical information on introducing a child to the new diet and implementing it. Overall, I love that this book emphasizes something that we often overlook when thinking about health and mental health issues. We are clearly over reliant on meds, because it just seems easy. I recommend that all parents who have a child with ADHD at least check out the concepts in this book.
