A very interesting approach to mixing fitness into the busy world of daily child care. I liked the specific examples with instructions, and the particular focus on mindfulness, and on always making it fun and involving the kids whenever possible. I would have appreciated illustrations, especially with some of the more complicated exercises, and the focus on Moms seems a little outdated, given the number of Dads who are responsible for child care nowadays, but overall it's a great idea, well executed.
From Laundry to Lunges is more than a fitness book—it’s a lifestyle reset that shows moms how to put themselves back on their own priority list. Energizing, encouraging, and totally doable.
This is a good book for moms who want to get or stay fit. There is a lot of good advice in here. I especially loved when the author listed the advice in actionable steps. I like that she discussed improving as you go. Overall, I'd recommend this book for all moms who are just too busy to hit the gym.
