This book reminded me books like one-minute manager. These types of books were popular 15-20 years ago. However, with nowadays AI tools, I don't see any reason to publish similar books. That is said; however I think the book is to the point and have good recommendations.
I love the way this book taught me some things and reminded me of other things, it’s all very true what it says, people really do express what they feel about themselves onto other people. I always tell my daughter who is very self-conscious. “Don’t worry what other people say about you because it’s none of your business”.
Save your money, go to ChatGPT or your tool of choice and type in "ways to build confidence and self-esteem?" and you'll have everything in this "book" and more. This is nothing more than a cut and paste job, without any effort to even format the content, provide a preface or anything else.
