My favorite character is Alex. I admire him as he takes it on his shoulders to take care of the other children and buying clothes for them to wear. What an amazing character that the author has written. I felt everything and I am highly flattered.

The author does a fantastic job of keeping the suspense high as we witness the intense confrontation between good and evil unfold in this small town. Volume 2 takes you on a thrilling journey more profoundly into the dark underworld of evil in Oasis, drawing you further in with each page turn. The characters are so well-developed and relatable that I couldn't help but root for them as they faced unimaginable challenges and fought for survival. I highly recommend picking up both volumes for a thrilling reading experience!
