This book hi loaded with ideas for mothers to improve their health. Actually, I don’t think you have to be a mother to benefit from this. You just need to be a busy person. There are things to make your life more efficient and healthy. I especially like what section on diet. The author doesn’t favor any diet in her treatment of the subject. Instead, there are several diets offered, all of which work for different people. I recommend this book for busy moms and other busy people.
