Celestial Fracture is a tale of friendships and alliances built on hope for a better world. Erynn is the central figure in a hope for a promise of a rebirth of an old civilization.
This story sweeps readers into a richly imagined world teetering on the edge of ruin, where factions battle for dominance and fragile alliances are pushed to their breaking points.
This book launches you into a world caught in the fierce struggle between power hungry factions. Erynn, together with allies, is on a quest to unlock the ancient magic of the Skyborn, a power which could change everything for their land. The story is full of adventure and high-stake gambles that kept me guessing through the book. I loved how the story brought out themes of courage and sacrifice and gave a perfect visualization of a world in dire need of unity. This is not some light, simple fantasy but a call to stand up for something greater than oneself. If you love stories of magic intertwined with deep human feelings, this may be one to read.
The world building in this book is really good. It's a dystopia and it's MC is a scavenger. The MC and other characters of a solid feel to them, complete with personality quirks and all. The writing is skillful and flawless, making it easy to keep reading. What kept me reading was the mystery of it all. I wanted to find out about what happened to the MC's world as much as she did. Overall, I highly recommend this book for all lovers of dystopian fiction.
This book left me at the edge of my seat and I loved it!
