I was expecting the usual “stay positive, eat well, and keep moving” kind of advice, but this book goes deeper than that. This was written by someone who’s actually lived what they're talking about, not preaching, but sharing. What I liked most is how honest and down-to-earth the tone is. There’s a warmth in her words that makes you feel seen, especially if you’ve ever caught yourself wondering what getting older should look like. And believe me, I know I have. It’s full of practical reflections, which really good. I finished it feeling calmer, lighter, and a little more excited about the years ahead or maybe less worried, rather excited.
