A clear and easy-to-follow introduction to naturopathy. Definitely recommended for anyone interested in holistic health and looking to explore natural health practices.
Introduction to Naturopathy by Zoey and Julius Codington, CNP, is a brief introduction to Naturopathy (the study of nature-cure "self-healing" medicine). These naturopathic or certified physicians share similarities with holistic doctors. It's not an intuitive subject to introduce. Still, the authors illustrate it with pictures of nature and provide a case study of a customer who needed help, demonstrating how they developed natural remedy steps to assist her. The introduction to this emerging field of study was excellent. The authors also plan to offer a class for those interested in learning naturopathy. It sounds like a perfect field to study. I like living and using natural remedies, and this book is excellent. I recommend it to those interested in the subject.
Introduction to Naturopathy is a fantastic, concise guide for anyone new to the world of holistic wellness. It provides a clear understanding of naturopathy's principles, benefits, and history. The eBook is informative yet simple, making it perfect for beginners and anyone curious about natural health.
The authors of this book do a good job of showing the mission of Naturopathy. They also show how to go about getting more knowledge and becoming a practitioner. There's nothing wrong with this, but it's basically just an advertisement for an educational program. This is usually done with a free pamphlet or a website, not as a book you have to pay for. Overall, I think this is a good idea by the author's but probably the wrong way to go about it.
This is a short read that introduces readers to a lifestyle change to naturopathy which is food in its natural form instead of over-processed. Too many take for granted easy and convenient food that is really harmful to the body. As someone who has made a change to incorporate more vegetables and whole foods into their diet, I can empathize with the story of Jessica. I've found natural remedies are always better than over-the-counter or constant doctor visits. It's a lifestyle change that doesn't happen overnight. This helps readers to open the door to start living a better life.
