I was excited to learn about Galveston Diet and direct benefits for women that suffer from number of symptoms menopause brings. Author does a great job breaking down how exactly consuming anti-inflammatory foods as part of the Galveston Diet could impact in easy of menopause symptoms. What I also found useful is that all information in the book is backed up by the science with a list of references available at the end of each chapter.
