This book contains some useful information, but it feels overly wordy. While it covers a variety of conditions that require exercise and offers brief descriptions of exercises for each, the actual guidance is buried under a lot of text. I found myself losing interest about a quarter of the way through. There are no images to demonstrate the exercises, and no clear structure or routine to follow. Overall, I found the book underwhelming and not particularly helpful.
